REFUND POLICY
At Wellora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@wellorasleep.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@wellorasleep.com.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@wellorasleep.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
