Free Shipping
Wellora offers free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are 5-8 business days for orders within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Wellora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package has been marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@wellorasleep.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@wellorasleep.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Wellora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@wellorasleep.com and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
